The efforts for completing the Clyde Hill Residence renovation have shifted to the interior during the month of July as painting, staining, and finishing details are completed. The light finish of the cabinetry, along with the white paint and abundance of windows throughout the house keeps the home bright and cheerful during all hours of the day.  Plumbing fixtures, including the Delta Trinsic kitchen faucet have been installed, and the tile backsplashes are now installed. Photos of the recently completed Elford Remodel. A second story addition to a northwest Mid Century Modern home, originally designed by architect Theo Damm. The home is nestled in the Broadview neighborhood in northwest Seattle. The new scope of work includes an upper floor master suite addition and main floor remodel in order to expand upon the minimally-sized 1950's era kitchen and dining nook and other improvements such as updating the windows to current energy codes.
