Construction at the LIV Apartments in Bellevue has made substantial progress in the recent month. The East building has reached level 6 of framing and flooring including roof trusses. The framing of the lower roof deck amenity space on the 5th level is complete and the green roof, concrete pavers, dog run, planters, and trees will be installed next. Our Capitol Hill Apartment project has been progressing through the wet season. The construction team has been busy with the foundation forms now that shoring has been installed. The reinforcing rebar can be seen protruding from the completed concrete footings. The columns are due to be poured later this week, followed by the perimeter foundation walls.
