Principal

Brian Palidar has been specializing in residential and mixed use / commercial projects since founding Grouparchitect in 2003. His experience includes residential and commercial projects of all types and scales and has been practicing in the Pacific Northwest since 1996. Architecture has been an inspiring and integral part of his life since 9th grade when he entered his first drafting competition and his team placed. He has traveled abroad in college and has actively participated during and after graduation in design-build projects in Mexico as well as the USA. After graduation, Brian worked in a range of firms, each of which exposed him to the wide variety of project types and services that Grouparchitect provides today. He is a native Seattleite, avid sports fan, part time racer, homebrewer, and summer-time bicycle and kayak commuter. His most recent passions include raising his two kids and teaching them about drawings, sports, and music.
