Since the previous LIV Apartments aerial update last month, the progress on the three phase 1 buildings has continued, and construction broke ground on the East building.  The second phase of the project will include 99 residential units, several large amenity spaces, and two large roof decks. LIV Apartments – Construction Update – June 2014

The month of June brought many advances to the LIV Apartments job site.  The most notable progress coming as the south building wood framing commenced.  With the previous experience of framing the west building the crews have picked up the pace and are moving very quickly with installing the panelized framing sections.Wood framing for the south building commenced, and reached to level 6 before the end of the month.  As progress continues vertically, other building elements are added such as...

LIV Apartments – Construction Update – May 2014

During May, new heights were reached at the site of the ongoing LIV Apartments.  The most visual of the progress made in May is the west building.  Framing continued and reached level 5 of the 6 level building.
