The Option Series prefab modular home is designed to be assembled in an almost infinite variety of configurations. The base model is a two story, 3BR/2BA 1,750sf home with a 500sf 2 car garage. It can be compacted down to a 1BR/1BA, 922 sf, one story rambler w/o garage or can be expanded up to a 6+BR/4BA, 3,000sf+, three story home with an integrated 2-car garage. Three exterior siding and roofing configurations are available in three primary options: a shed, butterfly or gable roof. Standard interior finish packages are available.
