Grouparchitect was founded in 2003 with a commitment to lead by example both as design professionals and as people. Our design principals volunteer their time in support of nonprofit and charitable organizations while also taking active roles in the ongoing development of their design staff. They share the workload by producing their own work on most of their projects, a diminishing trait in firms of all sizes. Our approach to leadership from the trenches guarantees to our clients that their needs are being met.
