Our Elford Remodel project has been a series of incremental exterior and interior renovations.  The most recent phase, a kitchen remodel, has recently been completed.  The house is located in the Broadview neighborhood in northwest Seattle with a beautiful view overlooking the Puget Sound.The breakfast nook allows views on all three sides while maximizing natural light.  The benches double as storage space with access from the top. Photos of the recently completed Elford Remodel. A second story addition to a northwest Mid Century Modern home, originally designed by architect Theo Damm. The home is nestled in the Broadview neighborhood in northwest Seattle. The new scope of work includes an upper floor master suite addition and main floor remodel in order to expand upon the minimally-sized 1950's era kitchen and dining nook and other improvements such as updating the windows to current energy codes.
