The Woodworth Apartments are a high-density mixed-use building in the heart of the Pike/Pine corridor in the dense and bustling Capitol Hill neighborhood of Seattle. The project features ground level as well as basement retail and restaurant area with expansive outdoor seating and sidewalk-oriented storefront exposure. Residential features include extensive bicycle storage, amenity roof deck with private gardens, private storage units, Energy Star appliances, and in-unit laundry in each unit. Unit sizes range from economical SEDU-style units to conventional market-rate unit types and sizes.
