Seaside, CA
This prefabricated modular project consisted of a two module, four classroom detached addition to an existing middle and high school campus. Modular construction was selected to reduce the construction timeline and disturbance to the school year. The building included two restrooms and its own mechanical systems. Two classrooms contained a retractable room divider to allow for room size flexibility. A large overhead garage door was incorporated to allow for the room to open to an outdoor deck for additional expanded teaching space when the weather allowed.
