A new two-story four bedroom, four-bathroom residence with a walkout daylight basement and garage in Seattle’s Madrona neighborhood.  The project included a detached accessory dwelling unit for extended family.  The home is designed for indoor outdoor living with covered decks on both the main level and upper level.  An open central stairway connects all three levels of the home to the upper-level monitor windows providing natural lighting throughout the home.
