Located in Seattle’s Queen Anne neighborhood, this prefabricated modular homed based on our Option Series 2.1 with Method Homes was customized to meet the needs of the homeowners and their unique site.  A few highlights of the modifications include adding an upper level deck off the bedrooms and cantilevering the primary suite to create a covered outdoor space below off the living and kitchen area.
