This prefabricated modular home consists of the primary residence with a detached garage and home office.  Designed for aging in place, this one floor plan features a stepless entry, large doors and a curbless shower.  The house was setback on the lot to preserve existing landscaping with a large, covered deck looking overlooking a grouping of large coniferous trees.
