Seattle, WA
This remodel and addition to a house in the Loyal Heights neighborhood of North Seattle includes innovative design features such as a rainwater cistern for irrigation, insulated concrete formed walls and floors (ICFs), and structural insulated panels for the roof and upper level walls (SIPs). The project necessitated a high level of design coordination and integration between the SIPs, ICFs, and the existing home’s wood frame construction.
