Seattle, WA
An attic conversion and dormer addition to a 1900s era craftsman home in Seattle’s Green Lake neighborhood. This addition to the back side of the home matches the historic style and detailing of the home to blend in with the original home. A new central stairway and master suite were added and the kitchen and bathrooms updated. The home features an existing accessory dwelling unit in the basement that was maintained.
