Santa Cruz, CA

Developed in a partnership with modular builder Method Homes, this project aimed to provide an affordable and elegant housing solution for families residing on the UC Santa Cruz campus. Working within modular building constraints Grouparchitect worked to provide a variety of unit options with access to outdoor spaces allowing for both private and shared recreation space to promote a sense of community.
