COMP PLAN APPROVED Bellevue approved their comp plan on September 27, 2024 which clears the way to focus on middle housing and HB1110 code updates among others! 11th Avenue Cottages Break Ground in Kirkland

Construction began this week on our first cottage housing project in Kirkland.
