1013 East Republican is a high-density residential apartment building in the heart of north Capitol Hill near Broadway Hill Park. The project features preservation of a specimen tree at the corner intersection. Residential features include extensive bicycle storage, amenity roof deck with private gardens, private storage units, Energy Star appliances, and in-unit laundry in each unit.

1013 East Republican is current in permitting with City of Seattle with anticipated completion late 2024.
