Bothell, WA
102 Main Apartments is the newest addition to the heart of downtown Bothell. The multifamily apartment building is a seven-story building with brick masonry cladding and features a south-facing public courtyard along main street. Originally the site of a Wells Fargo building designed by Omer Mithun, the project incorporates and illuminated mural, wall plaque, and an artistic steel frame artwork to commemorate the prior building and architect. Residential tenants enjoy a large amenity lounge, rooftop deck with dog walk, and apartments outfitted with the newest energy star appliances throughout and modern interior finishes.
