The 151st Ave Rowhomes project is a new construction redevelopment of an existing site in the Grass Lawn neighborhood of Redmond, Washington. The project introduces two approximately 3,000 square-foot single-family residences designed to maximize livability on a more compact middle housing lot. Each five-bedroom, three-bath home includes flexible office space, generous living and kitchen areas, private patios and attached garages. The design balances contemporary architectural expression woven into the existing residential context.
