Clyde Hill, WA

The design of this new Clyde Hill home focused on created a secluded courtyard on the west view-facing side of the home, creating a private entertaining space for the residents. A large double-height living area creates a buffer between the courtyard and the adjacent streets while simultaneously responding to the low height limits and gently sloping topography. The home features large master suites and private decks on both levels and a gracious ornamental stair pulled away from the view to complete the open floor plan concept.
