Clio, CA

Ascend at Nakoma is a series of vacation homes within the Nakoma Golf Resort situated between Clio and Portola in Northern California. The resort is located in the forests of the High Sierra’s northwest of Lake Tahoe and features a Frank Lloyd Wright designed clubhouse. The residences were designed to meet the local zoning residences allowing up to three residences of varying sizes per lot. Each home includes private deck and patio spaces. The homes are uniquely sited on each lot to minimize disturbance of the native vegetation and to blend the new homes in the surrounding environment.
