The owners were looking at either remodeling or rebuilding their current home and it was determined that a full rebuild would be required to meet their needs of additional bedrooms for their growing family as well to provide space for multigenerational living.  The new two-story home provides four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a home office, garage with workshop and a combo laundry and workout space.  A deck off the kitchen and living spaces as well as an upper-level roof deck with indoor outdoor space provided for their desire to have space to entertain friends and family.
