The Circa project occupies the site of the former Albertson’s store along Green Lake in Seattle, Washington. Grouparchitect was commissioned to design the entry canopy to the existing leasing office to address the lack of attention to pedestrian weather protection along the street frontage. A new steel canopy was designed with obscured glass to match existing aesthetics at nearby live-work units and a new project identity signage was included to further demark the office’s entry from afar.
