This private lodge is located in Colorado’s San Juan Mountains provide a community club house including restaurant, lounge and 5 guest suites and support facilities for the wintertime snowcat accessed backcountry skiing and year-round adventures. Prefabricated modular construction was selected to allow for as much offsite construction due to the remoteness of the site.
