The DADU Series prefab modular Detached Accessory Dwelling Unit (DADU) Home is designed to meet the City of Seattle’s new zoning regulations allowing for backyard cottages in residential zones. Designed to the standards of the International Residential Code, it can be built on any site throughout the United States. The design allows for a variety of architectural styles within the same modular design. The base model modules can be arranged in multiple configurations ranging in size from 280sf to 500sf. The majority of interior elements and finishes including the kitchen and bathroom can be factory built. Features include spray-foam wall insulation, high-efficiency fixtures, and compact appliances for increased living area.
