The Dravus Apartments project is located in the Interbay area and will feature 36 market rate apartments in addition to over 2,500 sf of ground level retail uses.  Parking is contained on site. The project replaces an old fire-damaged retail building and features a rooftop garden with views of downtown Seattle as a featured resident amenity. The project is currently in feasibility and expects to break ground in early 2017.
