Ketchum, ID
Taking inspiration from the surrounding Sawtooth and Pioneer Mountains as well as views directly out to nearby Bald Mountain, this custom prefabricated modular home is a combination of double height modules with alternating vaulted shed roof forms creating interior volumes atypical of standard modular construction. Seven modules and a site built garage were combined to create a great room living space with three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms and two home offices for this busy active couple. The home is built to meet National Green Building Standards and includes photovoltaic roof panels and improved insulation values.
