Located in Seattle’s Queen Anne neighborhood, this small brick home is planned to be modernized and upgraded with an new open floor plan.  The existing hip roof is replaced with a shed roof vaulting up to the western view of Interbay and Elliott Bay beyond.  A terrace garage was added into the hillside creating additional outdoor gathering and entertaining space while converting the existing garage into a workout and workshop space.
