Lynnwood, WA

The Lake View Mixed Use Building is a new custom office building located just south of Martha Lake in the City of Lynnwood.  The project features two levels of open offices and a top floor executive penthouse level with roof deck overlooking Martha Lake.  Lake View Mixed Use is under construction and targeted for completion in early 2024.
