Sometimes, finding more space in a small home is as simple as rearranging what you have. A bathroom with great opportunity gave this client a reason to approach us. Now, they have a comfortable space for their four-person family– we also tamed the inefficient circulation, providing a quiet location for children to study. A beautiful new deck gave them an additional space to use as an outdoor room. And while they didn’t have funds to tackle a kitchen remodel now, we planned that project out for them in advance to fit in seamlessly with the work already completed.
