The 75th St Townhomes project is a new construction redevelopment of an existing site in the Education Hill neighborhood of Redmond, Washington.  The project introduces three approximately 2,500 square-foot single-family residences designed to maximize livability on a more compact middle housing lot.  Each four-bedroom, 3.25-bath home includes flexible office space, generous living and kitchen areas, private decks and attached garages.  The design balances contemporary architectural expression woven into the existing residential context.
