This project is the first of the Option Series, a line of prefabricated modular homes, designed by Grouparchitect to be built in Seattle by Method Homes. An Option Series floor plan was customized to meet the owner’s needs for this three-bedroom plus den, three and a half bath home. Built on a tight urban lot, this home features a rooftop deck that is anticipated to capture some territorial views of Green Lake and Mount Rainier.
