The owner’s family was starting to outgrow their existing home and were looking to expand their home in order to stay in the neighborhood and avoid moving.  The existing residence was oriented to one side of the lot allowing space to add a two-story addition over a new subterranean garage and workshop.  Additional living space was added on the main level to create a separate but connected den and a new master suite with ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet and private deck was added on the upper level.
