This remodel is to a 1900 era Phinney Ridge-Greenwood-Greenlake residence. Over the years, the home had been renovated numerous times and used as a rental, resulting in dated finishes in poor condition. The majority of the home was restored to its original condition, included refinishing all existing trim and hardwood floors and restoring existing plumbing fixtures, lighting and hardware. The 1950s kitchen was gutted and reconfigured into a modern kitchen by the homeowners on a modest budget with cabinets by Ikea.
