Distribution and Storage Building

Port of Nakhodka, Russian Federation

A prefabricated metal building approach due to its location in a remote area near the Port of Nakhodka in the Russian Federation. The intended use as a shipping and consolidation warehouse demanded placement near existing rail lines and the site was further analyzed to consider future expansion as economic conditions allowed. Due to the extreme weather in Russia, separate temperature-controlled storage areas within the building shell were provided for perishable goods.
