Located in Seattle’s Ravenna neighborhood, this site offered a territorial view potential if the new home were to be elevated. Our Option Series was modified to meet the needs of the homeowner and their desires to obtain this view from the living spaces of the house instead of from the bedroom level, which is typically located on the upper level of most homes. Customized features include flipping the living space onto the upper level, creating a pass through kitchen, a two level roof deck, and a bridged entry walk to connect to the uphill street and sidewalk.
