Located in Seattle’s Queen Anne neighborhood, this project was a new 19,000 sf rehabilitation treatment facility oriented towards supporting occupational therapy. The main gym area includes work / rehab stations for everything from manual dexterity to general cardio improvements to full work and range of motion hardening such as shoveling gravel in the gravel pit. Additional facility improvements included a yoga / motion studio, classroom and presentation spaces, patient exam rooms and staff offices and support spaces.
