This prefabricated modular house allows for an extended family with a second master suite on the main living level. To meet the needs of the owners, a two story Option Series plan was modified to flip the living and kitchen to the rear yard, thereby allowing for an entry with mudroom/laundry off a site built flanking two car tandem garage. In addition, the home was elevated to be above the local floor plain.
