This elevated deck addition greatly expanded the exterior deck area for a home facing Lake Sammamish. Sideyard and backyard access is provided by a wide stairway which opens away from the view. Outdoor storage below the deck for furniture and recycling was created as well to alleviate indoor storage requirements.
