Seattle, WA Featured in the Backyard Cottage Design Challenge, this detached accessory dwelling unit (DADU) is designed to meet the city of Seattle’s new zoning regulations allowing for backyard cottages in residential zones. The design allows for a variety of architectural styles within the same modular design.
