Seattle, WA Grouparchitect has been retained to assist in a multi-phased renovation of the Xi Deuteron Charge of Theta Delta Chi at the University of Washington. The first phase consists primarily of envelope work including replacement of roofing, siding, railings and windows in addition to new thermal insulation and voluntary seismic upgrades.
