Distillery Lofts Tenant Improvement

Seattle, WA Grouparchitect refreshed an existing office space in the Distillery Lofts Building in the Westlake neighborhood in order to become the next home for our design firm. Maximizing daylighting was key in order to take advantage of existing views to the east of Lake Union. Existing concrete and wood structure was sandblasted to remove years of wear and layers of paint to expose the true character of the materials.
