This event promotes and educates the public on sustainable design with new green homes and energy retrofits. Docomomo WEWA is hosting a tour of the Lupton House, designed by architect Gene Zema in 1961; landscape designed by landscape architect Glen Hunt. The house, sited on a small heavily wooded lot with a view of Lake Washington, was custom built for Homer and Myra Lupton. Tour the Frank Lloyd Wright-designed Tracy Residence Normandy Park, Washington January 21 and 22, 2012 In 1955 Frank Lloyd Wright designed a unique Usonian house for Bill and Elizabeth Tracy for their beautiful waterfront site in Normandy Park.
