This Mission Style-inspired twist on a modern farmhouse aesthetic was designed to meet the owners desire for a clean, minimally detailed modern home while at the same time fitting into it’s traditional neighborhood of older homes and associated CC&Rs. In order to limit the construction schedule this four bedroom, three and a half bath home was designed for offsite modular construction. Site built components include a two car garage and backyard pool.
