Tasked with investigating the site development potential for expanding housing for their tribal members, this project looked at an inwardly-focused, community-organized site plan for the Chehalis Tribe. Conceptual site planning focused on supporting community activities, a local amenity building for resident use, and efficient and compact building designs which integrated into the existing site’s topography and landscape settings.
