This two-story custom prefabricated modular home is comprised of nine modules, containing three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, a spa bath, workshop, exercise room and art loft. This home maximizes the number of fenestrations with clerestory windows following the roof’s angle. The living room has a vaulted ceiling with windows on all four sides of the space blending the connection between the indoors and outdoors. The kitchen has a pass-through window opening onto a large backyard deck, equipped with a hot tub and outdoor living room alcove. There will be a gallery hallway running the length of the house, featuring the owner’s art collection.
