Adoration House Opening Event

Adoration House and Ancient Gate Coffee Co. officially opened to family and friends at a private open house event last night in the University District. Built by BMDC, this project features a large coffee shop with custom roasted coffees, a large prayer and event room with multimedia capabilities, and extensive offices, classrooms, and recording facilities. Over two weekends, Grouparchitect team members Brian Palidar, Adriana Moledo and Julia Atkins got to work participating in the construction of a backyard tiny home provided by The BLOCK Project.  The BLOCK Project is a program of the Seattle based non-profit, Facing Homelessness.  The work of The BLOCK Project is to provide sustainable, dignified and affordable housing integrated into all residential neighborhoods in Seattle. Ski Day for Grouparchitect with Spreefest 2021

Grouparchitect has formed a team that will participate in Spreefest 2021 which is hosted by the Outdoors for All Foundation.  The mission of the Outdoors for All foundation is, "To enrich the quality of life for children and adults with disabilities through outdoor recreation," and Spreefest is their March fundraising event.  This year, Outdoors for All is combining a virtual fundraiser with a socially-distanced "Spree Ski" on March 13th at Summit at Snoqualmie.  Check back with us for post event...

One of Grouparchitect’s Option Series prefab homes was in the 2015 NW Green Home Tour. Our project was a prefab single family home located in Phinney Ridge.
