Artix Apartments is a high-density mixed-use building in the heart of the Uptown neighborhood of Seattle, one block from the newly renovated Climate Pledge Arena and Seattle Center. The project features ground level retail and restaurant area and sidewalk-oriented storefront exposure. Residential features include extensive bicycle storage, amenity roof deck with sweeping views of downtown Seattle and the mountains, private storage units, Energy Star appliances, and in-unit laundry in each unit. Unit sizes range from studio apartments to luxury one- and two-bedroom unit types, many with attached decks.
