Proctor Willows

The Proctor Willows project is the second phase of a three-phase development combining townhomes built by TriPointe Homes and this project, a mixed-use building housing 195 apartment units atop over 22,000 square feet of commercial space.  The project site is located at the crest of a large hill at the northwest corner of Redmond near Kirkland / Totem Lake as well as recreational opportunities such as Sixty Acres Park. The development features generous outdoor amenity spaces including a rooftop amenity room and a sundeck.  Inside the building, residents have access to a number of features including amenity lounge, a fitness center, extensive bicycle parking facilities, and modern interiors. The project is currently targeting Built-Green 4-Star certification and is under construction with completion targeted for late 2023.
