Bothell, WA

This office building in Bothell, Washington is the new corporate headquarters for a private real estate development company.  The building features surface parking at grade with two levels of offices above.  Interior spaces utilize exposed structure and large glazing to maximize daylight.  The primary office entry features a steel and glulam beam stair connecting occupants to the rooftop deck, employee lounge and accompanying executive amenities. Triple pane glazing and Insulation levels exceeding code decrease the building’s carbon footprint while increasing occupant comfort and building utility.  Project completed in the Spring of 2021
